I have yet to store my stuff – but from when i have paid deposit they have been very helpful I had a better price with the big yellow storage but they matched it by only a difference of £9 dearer but due to the kindness and helpfulness of the staff i decided to stick to the edinburgh self storage ! I agree though make sure u ask there is no hidden extras!

I checked other facilities nearby, but with similar prices it just made the heating in Edinburgh Self Storgae seem much better value. Staff were very efficient, friendly and helpful.
As with the other places insurance is on top and there will be a deposit to pay so be aware of that.

I would recommend this friendly helpful storage who could give a personal service. Value for money and better than others because it is a dry and warm storage, reassuring during the winter months. The fact it was the old Jenners depository is a bonus!

The price quoted was misleading for us as well. We were quoted a competitive price, but when the item was moved by the removal company to the place, we were told that their definition of height and width for a cabinet is different. I believe they should act professionally and say all that up front. We ended paying a lot more since we had no other choice on the spot.
I suggest that you ask many question before accepting their terms.
